HOUSE RULES

The following is the updated rules and regulations for online distribution of our products.
Please complete the attached Application form and submit it to onlineselling@mastersiomai.ph.
Failure to comply with the rules and regulations below shall result in the loss of distributors privileges.
- DISTRIBUTORS can ONLY post or advertise The RETAIL PRICE. NO ONE IS ALLOWED to POST PRICES LOWER than THE RETAIL PRICE.
- Everyone is required to advertise for FREE CHILI AND SOY SAUCE.
- Ultimate customers should always receive FREE Chili Sauce and Soy sauce.
- MASTER SIOMAI, SIOGO SIOMAI and GREATASTE SIOMAI are different brands and products. MASTER SIOMAI CANNOT BE SOLD AS SIOGO SIOMAI AND CANNOT BE SOLD AS GREATASTE SIOMAI.
- PRODUCTS must be stored in a FREEZER unless stated otherwise.
- No one can change the packaging of our products. You cannot sell our products in a different container such as a clear pack container or a styro-box.
- All Distributors, their agents, resellers, and their resellers agents are required to conduct themselves in a civil and professional manner. Everyone should ensure that the name and reputation of the company, its brand and its products are protected from any ill will or negativity.
- Distributors are required to check products received. The company shall not be liable for any claims made after completion of delivery.
- Distributors or resellers are required to store our products properly. Meat products cannot be kept outside for a prolonged period. Company shall not be liable for any claims once the products have been handed over to the distributor. Violations should be reported to the office and no party should attack another party publicly despite of reason.
