Application Process

1. Identify a suitable location for your Master Siomai franchise.
2. Submit all required documents to [email protected].
3. Expect a call. Initial interview and assessment regarding your application.
4. Undergo Site evaluation.
5. Upon approval of the location, proceed with the 50% down payment of the total franchise package.
6. Schedule the Franchisee Orientation, Crew Training, and Grand Opening.
7. Settle the full payment and sign the Franchise Agreement.
8. Store Opening.

2. Lease offer, award notice, or written agreement from your lessor.
3. Recent photograph of the proposed location.
4. Two valid IDs.
5. Proof of billing.
